The unique additive feature of ROKEPIE®-FD01 allows a wide range of applications in the field of cell and tissue engineering. Additionally, ROKEPIE®-FD01 can be used in a clinical application as an excipient, for example the hypothermic storage of transplantation organs.
The active ingredient of ROKEPIE®-FD01 is a member of the SUL-compounds, which is a group of structurally-related compounds developed by Sulfateq. These compounds have a wide therapeutic range, currently one of the SUL-compounds is in a drug development trajectory. Sulfateq is constructing a Drug Master File (DMF) for their SUL-compounds, which is mandatory for compounds with an intended clinical use.
